Director of Investor Relations

 Jamie Robinson is Co-Founder and Director of Investor Relations of RoundBox Equity, LLC. Mr. Robinson manages the firm’s business aspects and the investment strategy of the company. Mr. Robinson owns, operates, and invests in Residential Assisted Living Homes throughout the US and is an expert in remote operations and property management.

In addition to RoundBox Equity, Mr. Robinson received the Residential Assisted Living Specialist certification and founded Lighthouse Personal Care Homes, an upscale senior living company with two locations in Georgia with several more on the way throughout the US.  He serves as a consultant and has mentored hundreds of students through the Residential Assisted Living Academy and Family Legacy Homes.

Mr. Robinson also sits on the Board of Advisors for the Residential Assisted Living National Association.

Prior to RoundBox, Mr. Robinson owned and operated a granite installation company and repositioned homes for long-term rental investments.

Mr. Robinson is married, with one fifteen-year-old stepdaughter, 3-year-old son, and one on the way. His hobbies include fishing, SCUBA Diving, camping, attending live music events and traveling.

Director of Acquisitions

Kevin Haught is the Co-Founder and Director of Acquisitions of RoundBox Equity, LLC. Mr. Haught oversees the company’s acquisitions and selects the key investment markets. He brings over fifteen years of experience in general management, business development, and real estate investing.

Additionally, Mr. Haught is also a consultant with the Residential Assisted Living Academy as the Executive Director of Family Legacy Homes, a firm developed to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships between entrepreneurs and accredited investors.

Mr. Haught is also a licensed Realtor in Arizona and works with real estate investors looking to expand their portfolios.

Prior to his entrepreneurial activities, Mr. Haught led highly complex investigations in the financial industry as an Anti-Money Laundering Investigator and served the community as a Police Officer in both Arizona and Ohio. Mr. Haught graduated in 1992, from Ohio University.

Mr. Haught has two sons, both of whom he is mentoring in their real estate investing careers. His hobbies include mountain biking, weight training, live concerts, and traveling.

Gene has been married for 34 years, has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.
